Attention
Here goes all your horns, whittles and bells. Beach flag, poster frames etc. goes here too. Even good odour or smell of fresh cooked food on a market places is attention tools. This were you make awareness of your presence. On the internet it could be forces advertising for a specific segment of audience. Like: 💈 📣 🍳

Interest
Make people interested by a shoot-out or good offer, or something that can talk to the inner mind and make people interact with you like visiting your shop, clicking your add, saying hallo at an exhibition. Even the menu vard on the outdoor wall or on a home page can raise a future customer interest ❓ 👂 👀 🖐️
Desire
You use this to uncover and release the customers need. This is sales technic. Give the customer a good treatment, even you don’t have any of what she or are asking for. Give them a road to go and a solution to fulfil the actual need and they will come back one day again because they remember the good treatment and service. 🔥 🎁 🤩
Action
Here you actually make the potential customer so much on fire that he or she wants to buy or sign up for your services of products. Now we are in sales technic: Ask in deep whether what the requirement is, how much it must cost, what he expect. Du your considerations and choose 2-3 solutions in different price classes.
Then tell the advantages for the chosen product or service, what it can do for him or her, and the benefit are, both short term and long term if possible. Be prepared for the objection of the customer but have answers ready for that too. Twist the solution if needed to make your customer happy.

Other Tips
Do not promise thinks you can’t deliver or fulfil. The best customers are returning customers ’cause they are cheaper in marketing, the trust in you, and you already knows most of there needs and desires.
In short deliver the right product, at the right amount, to right price, and the right quality, and you are good on your way. And get the money! Maybe on beforehand if possible.
Follow up on your costumer to make sure everything is fine, and correct or find a solution to troubleshooting if needed. Maybe the customers is not right, but treat them nice anyway and return or give an alternative, or other solution that satisfies his/hers expectation.
